Ahead and Back

The fourth day of 2011 already. Late on my new year post. Happy New Year! Godt nyttår! Godt nytår! Onnellista uutta vuotta! Gleðilegt nýtt ár! Buon anno! Bonne année!
Thinking back – a year of many new and familiar roads taken, many spectacular bridges crossed, a big move, many many opportunities for change, the love of family and friends, the kindness of strangers. Looking ahead – the pressure and hope of possibility.  And also a resolution for writing more regularly in the year ahead. Each picture below could easily have been a post of its own.
